Poor, unreliable and unprofessional service

My Shein order arrived in SA on the 2nd December and since then I have been tracking my parcel on imile and they have been sending me WhatsApp and SMS saying I should expect delivery within 48hours. Even today I have not received it. The courier guy named Domenic called and he told me he will deliver later because he was in Pretoria since 2pm. I called around 5pm, he said he was busy delivering in Belfast, he will finish in 2 hours. I called him again around 9pm, he told me he went back to Witbank because our roads have potholes, which is not true. There are no potholes from Belfast to Dullstroom. He says he will deliver tomorrow morning at 6am. I really found Imile logistics unreliable, unprofessional and disrespectful to their customers.
