Poor, unprofessional service

I made ordered on the 4th November and I payed my duties and all to this Imile logistics. The order was delayed to to flight etc, I eventually received an email that my order was dispatched. I was so excited as I've been waiting for the order for weeks, I was surprised when I receive an email yesterday saying that the order cannot be delivered, I was no home and all the nonsense they wrote. I mean the I was home the whole day, I never received any calls from this Imile logistic drivers and my parcel was not delivered. That's so unprofessional and disappointing, Shein should stick with Buffalo not this disorganized Imile logistics. Am very disappointed with their services.
