POOR, UGLY, TERRIBLE SERVICE

They sent me a message to pay custom duties on Wednesday, I did pay without hesitation but they continue to send emails that I should pay. I tried to call them, and they don't pick up. They don't even respond to emails. THEIR SERVICE IS VERY TERRIBLE. I would not recommend it even to my worst enemy n***!
