POOR servive and lack of communication.

Where is my order. I received an email that my order could not be delivered because there was issues with the contact dteails/ change of address or something like , which is a lie. No body called me and my address is the same for the past 6 years. Where is my order? I don't even know why SHEIN uses this company, when we have great reputable companies like DHL, The Courier GUY and FEDEX. I hate companies that lie and arent contacteble. I want my order. These numbers ( *** + +***) does not work, so they migh as well just disconnect them. I just want the order the order that i paid VAT & DUTIES FOR.
