Poor service

I have a parcel that arrived in South Africa on the 21st on Wed, and Imile Logistics updated on the system that it is in Kempton Park. Today is the 27th and nothing shows where exactlyis my parcel. I communicated with their agent twice today and they promised to update me on the whereabouts of the parcel and promised to update their system so that I can be able to track it, and nothing has been done.
