Poor service delivery from imile logistics

I order on 31 August 2024 on shein and I receive the customs vat and duty payment link from Imile on the 4th of September 2024. I tried to pay using the link but it kept on saying processing the link and it been six days now . I tried to call and email Imile logistics but they don't reply any of my email or call. They busy sending emails that they will return my order since I'm not paying customs while its their system which holds me to pay. Imile is the worst logistics ever🙌 they are poor service provider. I can't believe this worse I can't even hold of them.
