Poor service

I have ordered items from Shein. I paid tax on 21 and 22 August 24 for two packages. I sent my proof of payment to Imile. I called 23 August 24, because the system wasn't updated, it still showed that I haven't paid. I was told that it will take 24 hours to updated their system. It still shows that I haven't paid. Shein informed me today that they were informed of the tax problem. I sent numerous emails. Nothing is being done. I can't afford to loose my packages. I didn't experience this problem with Buffalo logistics. I prefer Buffalo. Imile is just not delivering a good service.
