POOR SERVICE

I would have preferred to give a ZERO rating, as they do not even deserve a 1. Ordered from Shein 8 Feb, paid tax on 14 Feb - I am STILL WAITING for just a response to my email providing proof of payment !!! (let alone receiving the order) I placed another order with SHEIN after this and within a week I received it via Buffalo - I wish sheen will ONLY use BUFFALO !
