Poor service by Imile Logistics SA

I booked out my whole Saturday to receive my parcel, constantly monitoring the drivers whereabouts. At 15:20 he books it as undelivered due to no answer... WHAT THE HELL!!! IM HOME WAITING FOR A CALL OR WHATSAPP. I called the driver as per the number provided in the tracking info and his wife picks up to say he forgot his phone at home. So where did he call me and with what I want to see the records. To top it off you call customer care and it rings for the whole year. So am I meant to book off tomorrow again for the useless lies??
