Poor service

Imile delivery initiated that i pay the customs and duties on the 10th of No ember 2024 and they ordered me to pay within 10 days of which i did.Now when i contact them to find out what is happening with my order since i haven’t received it yet,i was told they cannot assist me and i rather contact shein, where as they are the ones i paid my customs to.Now i have been trying to contact them to complain they keep on saying an agent will contact me in 24 hours but i was not contacted
