Poor service

MY PARCEL WITH THE COURIER FOR 7 NO MOVEMENT, NO SERVICE ASSISTANCE.

The service is poor, my parcel has been at the airport for 7 days no updates nothing. 7 days later parcel has not even handed to a driver. you try to call the consultant are not even helpful after you were put on hold for 30 min. please improve your services.

clearing a parcel for customs can not take 7 days!!!!!

i have been asked for my number 3 times and no one has contacted me.

please fix your customer service, 1st time experience with you and it is horrible.
