Poor service

My parcel arrived in SA on the 12th of July and I paid the VAT & Duty fees. It was then received at Kempton Park on the 14th of July 2025 and then moved to Benoni the same day. Since the 14th of July there has not been any movement at all on the package and I do not understand the hold up. For 2 full days it seems like nothing has been done and going into the 3rd day with still no notification for any sort of delivery to be expected. My partner had a parcel arrive in SA on the 15th of July and is already expecting a delivery within 48 hours (please note this is Buffalo logistics). I have used Shein before and all the other companies they have used for courier, once the parcel has arrived in SA, I received it within 1- 2 days. Therefore the delivery service of Imile compared to all other courier companies is lacking somewhere.
