Poor service

I Orderd from shein , received a link on the 26th of April from imile logistics to pay taxes of which I did on Saturday the 27th but their tracking system is still saying i haven’t paid. I emailed proof of payment to customer service and called in to follow up Monday the 29th . The consultant i spoke to confirmed receipt of payment but i am still getting communication from the WhatsApp bot that i haven’t paid and my parcel is being shipped back to shein in 10 days .

I tried calling in today but no one answered, been sending emails with no response
