Poor service.

I paid 8hundred rands of customs. I got WhatsApp massage that I will receive my package within 48hours, and 3days later I got an email from SHEIN saying my adress is invalid. I never got a call from the driver as stated from the massage. I am very frustrated and I don’t know what to do to save my things not to be returned back😭. This is my last time ordering from SHEIN
