Poor customer service

iMile is the worst. I did not receive my order from Shein but on their tracking it shows as delivered. I have been contacting them to inform them about this error and they are not resolving my issue. I am so frustrated with them and their lack of sense of urgency in resolving my issue. Why is my order showing as received when I never received it. Also, why the driver did not call prior to doing a delivery. I've been waiting for this order for so long and now this. iMile is making things worse by not resolving this issue.
