Poor communication

Imile has showed me flames it's been a week now my order haven't yet moved it still stuck on JNB Clearance when sending emails and whatsapp they don't respond shein said I must expect my order on the 17th of September but I do think it would be delivered since they have been keeping quite, which shows they're not being honest with us as customers
