***** pattern in delivery and notification.

Very ***** pattern noticed in their pattern of delivery. We ordered from SHEIN about 6 weeks ago. When we called, the lady named Sameerah gave a wrong phone number from the one we ordered with. Second, she gave a wrong email as well. The question is, how did the phone number and email number changed on that parcel? Thereafter, she complained that the parcel is long without payment even when she knows they never sent a notification of payment (after all, they have a wrong number and wrong email) We then asked for a payment link which was given but the payment link was a broken one. We then asked for a banking details which she gave. We paid it ASAP because she said she will fast track it. After payment, I was shocked to hear her saying that she will send the payment confirmation to the manager for INVESTIGATION. What are they investigating? The irregularities in this company delivery must be paid attention to by customers because it looks *****.
