Pathetic Service

This delivery service is pathetic. An order was supposed to be delivered between 28 April to 1 May and today being a week later, it has not been delivered. Called in head office twice and they said there's nothing they can do. Called one of the people at the KZN warehouses and she said the driver has been having issues with his vehicle but on the website I tracked my order and the package was out for delivery on the 6th which I did mention to her. She then proceeds to tell me he has been having issues from then. So yesterday being another day, they couldn't get another vehicle or driver to deliver my package? I even mentioned to them that the items are needed for tomorrow but they showed no interest in helping me.
