Pathetic customer service, expensive and useless turnaround time

I dont even want to give this company one star.

My order is not moving. Its been 17 days. Not a call or an updatem it's ridiculous. I will not recommend Imile at all. Iv used so many courier services. Customer service is the worst by far! Iv missed my awards gifting because of you. Had to order an extra set of everything in my order. I wont be using Shein again either because of this courier company. It's ridiculous because your taxes are the highest with the worst service! Shein will lose business because of you
