Pathetic Customer Service and Delivery

This logistics company is useless. I have been trying to track an order and get some update or response from "customer service" and literally get nothing back. I placed another order with a clothing company a week after this order that was shipped with another shipping company and that has arrived but this hasnt and no one gets back to you or bothers to reply to emails. I have never had to wait so long for an order and never not received updates. Absolutely pathetic service and even worse customer service.
