Parcel not received.

I bought from Shein on the 6th December today it's the 9th Jan I haven't received it ,it was given to IMILE Logistics on the 19th December when i called I was told the parcel is there ,I should send an email to an address I was given I did ,I am still being taken to pillar to post, is my parcel been ****** by the Logistics ppl or what the he'll is going on I even ppayed R845 to the Logistics to clear it
