Parcel not delivered

Please can you forward this to the higher people in this company , was trying to be civil with them but it seems as if they taking me for a ride 😭

I ordered clothes from Shein on the 27/03/25 I then received a customer notification which I paid , soon after that I received a delivery notification 05/04/25 * Dear customer Good day! This is your Delivery Courier from iMile Delivery regarding your order *** from Shein RSA. Please note that your order is out of delivery and shall be delivered within 48 hours. Please look out a call from our driver! When delivery your parcels, please have your drivers license/ID available for our proof of delivery! Thank you ! iMile

No driver called me , had my identification ready as per the above message but noone came to deliver so I thought my order would be delivered on a Monday since it was a weekend . Upon checking my emails in the evening I came across an email confirming that my order has been delivered , delivery note shows a signature that I don’t know , a picture of my house from google (Which according to them it was taken by the driver but that’s on google )

Then I logged a case with their call centre was told by Bianca that the manager will contact me back *noone called** until I decided to call them back then I was told again the manager didn’t come to work she was off sick but she will call me 🤔

She called next morning and she said *Mam your order is not lost the driver mistakenly marked your order as delivered but he will deliver by end of to day , few minutes after that call I got a call from the warehouse manager who told me no the parcel was delivered the driver took a picture of your house when he came to deliver I then told her to go check that picture on google , it’s an old picture that’s on google maps

Few minutes after I spoke to her I got a watsap message from the driver who claimed that he delivered the parcel to my address , he then came here , he didn’t park the car where he was supposed to deliver the parcel , he claimed that we took the parcel but it wasn’t me who signed for it yet I was here and I’m the only lady in this house , he also mentioned that *he took pictures of the house * when I said to him it’s from google he couldn’t respond , claimed that he called me to check if I was home I showed him my call logs again he couldn’t respond , I asked him to show me his , he couldn’t which proves that he is the one who stole the parcel

Now I’m not getting any help , the only thing I want is my money I paid SHEIN and Custom fees
