This courier service is operating unprofessionally. I paid the customs duties for my order and sent proof, but they are ignoring my sent emails and continuing to demand the money.

Furthermore, I have disputed the customs tariff (i still paid to make sure i receivemy package), and iMile is refusing to provide the official SARS SAD 500 (Customs Declaration) document. This document is mandatory for a clearing agent to provide and is necessary for me to challenge the incorrect classification of the goods. Their refusal to communicate or provide documents suggests deliberate obstruction.
