Paid for shipping but they keep sending payment links

I ordered on SHEIN paid for the shipping R360 my bank statement shows that I paid but the keep sending me links for payment. Now my order is stuck. And when you call no one answers their phone and the WhatsApp is automated so you can't even share the proof of payment. They have horrible service. Even their emails don't go through.
