Packages not being dispatched

I have 2 packages that were sent through Imile Logistics (one for me and one for my mom). The packages arrived on July 21st. I called twice, and they kept telling me it had been scheduled to be sent out. First time it would've been sent out by the 25th, and then by the 28th. I called today, the 28th, and the package has still not been dispatched. They cannot tell me when it will be sent or why it has not been sent. They can also not give me any contact details to find out what is going on. They also don't want to let me send a courier to pick it up.
