Package order clothes not delivered

Very bad I ordered clothes from shein they havent arrived even now ive been waiting ...they dont communicate with customers they dont respond to phone calls ..the estimsted delivery time has exceeded but they did not deliver the package..

The status has been at received at joburg since on the 27th of september till today
