Package not delivered and no refund of taxes paid

Worst ever courier company!!

I placed an order with Shein in July. It’s the first time the carrier was iMile. I’ve never had issues with buffalo or aramex. I paid R700 odd in taxes and got confirmation that my package would be dispatched. 6 Weeks passed with no movement. After several attempts to contact Imile, I got a email that apparently a large shipment of packages that was detained by customs and returned to Shein. I was told to request an order refund from Shein and that Imile would refund my taxes. I did that, and Shein processed my refund within a week. 3 months pass with nothing from Imile. After calling, emailing, instagramming, facebooking the works, over 100 times, and to date no refund from Imile. No means of contact whatsoever, they simply do not answer the phones or emails. R700 is due to me
