Overcharging greatly on import fees with NO way to see how it's calculated on their side, and NO support what so ever.

If I could give it 0 stars I would.. Ordered package "Laser Distance Measure Module" from AliExpress (The price includes shipping cost) iMile charges me more than the total amount of the product for Customs & VAT.. I tried for days to get ANYONE to talk to and find out how they can charge so much - as this item category does not even have import duties from SARS? 15% VAT Plus a fee would be acceptable.. But paying more than what the item & shipping cost was together is outrageous!!?? They only have a bot that gives you 100 ways to pay, but anything else than that seems to not exist. Either pay the incorrectly overcharged amount or loose your item it seems!?? I think this is ******* and should be investigated!
