Overcharge for taxes and duty...

My name is Avory Roodt, waybill number of parcel ***. I have a Shein parcel on the way from AliExpress, I have paid for the parcel and for shipment and Imile is now charging me R470 for taxes and duty on an item that cost R1150, that's more or less 45% of my purchase, or else they will send my parcel back. I cannot afford to pay that amount. I would like to dispute this payment if it's possible.
