ORDER NOT RECEIVED (Custom refund)

I placed an order on shein and Imile was responsible for the delivering service and my order didn’t arrive, I got my refund on shein but I didn’t get the refund for customs that I paid for a parcel to be delivered and it never arrived so I don’t know what to do
