Order not delivered

I made an order with shein on the 06th of November and I paid customs to Imile logistics on the 10th of November. When I track my parcel it started my saying due to flight delays my order will be arriving in 8days which has long passed. It's been 2 full weeks now. They again said my order will be delivered latest by 23 November, now things have changed they are saying it will go out on the 28 November. They are not even responding to emails and whatsapp. This is really unacceptable. I cannot be waiting for the whole month for them to deliver. Their service is terrible.
