Not refunded still

My shein package was hijacked on the 6th May, I've been waiting for my refund of the customs since then. I provided everything u need on the emails and still there's nothing. Today it's the 19th of May, I want my money back, your service is disgusting and I will never buy from shein again because of the this logistic company. Tracking number ***
