Not happy with iMile

The worst service ever I called them they said they are still waiting for Shein to deliver my order I asked them if the order is still with Shein how did you charge me customs which I paid on the 7th of November I called them on the 20th of November I did not get a response from my question Now I contacted Shein the order is with iMile when i call them now my calls are not going through And there is no clear communication just flight delay SHEIN STOP USING IMILE PLEASE
