No update on tracking system

I made an order with shein on the 1st of December 2024. My order was dispatched to imile Logistics on the 5th December 2024 at 18:09:02 but their tracking system says my order creation was on 4 Dec 2024 at 17:43:59. There is no update till today. On monday i made a complain and they responded by saying my order will be delivered in 4 to 5 working days but still no update from their tracking system. My sister ordered from shein 2 days later than me but her order is landing tomorrow. Her order was collected 2/3 days later than mine. She has all the updates when tracking her order. Im not happy with imile Logistics at all. And if possible in future they need not to collect my Shein order! Other logistics company will do that
