No tracking update for days.

I bought stuff on Shein on the 14th and on the 17th I received a message asking me to pay VAT/duty which I did immediately and I have not received any update from them as to where my package, if it's still in China or made it to South Africa. I contacted both Shein and imile. Imile says they have not received any package from Shein and Shein says my package is with imile. So I don't know who's fooling who here. To make matters more stressful, a colleague of mine ordered from Shein a day after me, paid VAT a day after me but her package is in the country and will soon be delivered. I just want to know where my package is at?
