No to Imile Logistics bad service

They lie this company. If I had an option I would not use them. I have placed my order with SHEIN and I am not happy with one of the items I got. Since they were the once who delivered my package I thought why not use them to return. I regret. Since I logged a return ticket on the 24th July still even today no communication. I have been calling and they even lie and say their driver called me and never got hold of me. They might as well stop if they can handle a simple return. why must I do a followup on them to do their job 😡😡😡😡😡😡
