No service from Imile logistics

My package from Shein landed on Jburg on 27 Nov 25 according to there own tracking records. No movement on package since then. It is impossible to get help of them on phone or email. When I logged a complain on there webside they came back to me with a silly story that the package was not yet handed to them. This do not agree with info on Shein side nor there own tracking side. There is no customers service and no empaty with customers problems.
