No service- a horrible experience

The most *********** courier companies ever. My parcel has been out for delivery for 3 days and goes back, despite the driver sending me a message that they are 30 mins away. The call centre staff are rude and of no assistance. They cut the call midway or just stop talking. Initially I was told that I must wait till day because they clearly say 1-3 days for delivery. Now I am told my parcel is going back to the warehouse and I can expect it tomorrow (which i still doubt) and I question that it is after 3 days, they say I need to be appreciative that they are trying to assist me. According to them, even though I have sent my location to their drivers daily but today the have made a note of it so it's not their fault. All other courier companies, courier guy,etc come for deliveries with no issues. I don't need to send a location.
