No further updates and expensive

My tracking number ***. From Saturday 29 March 2025 it's been stuck saying parcel shipped from Johannesburg to North West, it takes only 2 hours to Klerksdorp. I paid a big amount for customs on my shein products and they can't even give probably updates on the imiles website. Why can't they use Buffalo again because than you know that your products will arrive on time
