NO CUSTOMERS SERVICE

I recently ordered from Shein. After paying duties, I waited a month for my parcel, which never arrived. Shein refunded me for the order, but I'm still waiting for my refund from Imile. Despite multiple attempts to contact Imile, I've only received automated responses.

I'm hesitant to order from Shein again due to concerns about potential delivery issues. Imile's lack of customer service and their location in Dubai make it seem unlikely that they'll address my complaint
