No communication.

Shein assigned my parcel with this company on the 9th and I was sent a link to pay for my customs.that was the last time I heard from this company 3 weeks later my parcel is not in South Africa as yet but I have already paid for the customs.their contact number is not going through.it keeps on saying technical problem.i have sent them numerous emails that were never rep****.i have tried their website and used their chat support and my issue is not resolved up to date.
