No communication

I ordered on Shein and for the first time Imile was the logistics company to deliver my order. I have been waiting since I paid customs there is no new update on the status and progress of my order on Shein system and their website, no call, no email, no WhatsApp. You cannot even reach out over a call. I logged a complaint on WhatsApp and have been waiting for an agent to call me. They just don’t take us serious.
