No Assistance by IMILE

I have placed an Order with SHEIN 20th July 2024. Everything went fast and very smooth, up to when I had to pay IMILE the Customs. Which I did within one hour of receiving the message that my package will be sent back if I don't pay within 10 days. After that, I received messages on what was happening and when. But then it just stopped on Friday 26th July 2024. Now my package is stuck at Customs. When I phoned in to inquire, I just get the same message, it might be detained because of cosmetics being part of the package, it might take hours our it might take days for Customs to clear. I must just be patient and wait. And the best of all, Customs is a Government entity, and IMILE is not able to assist.

Surely if you have to pay within 10 days, the package should be released in the same time? And surely IMILE should be able to assist? It's very frustrating as no one seem to care or want to help.

In the meantime, SHEIN stated on the the shipping email, I should receive my package from 31st July to 6th August. This won't be happening, seeing as my package is still not released by Customs, and IMILE refuses to assist me.
