No action for item ****** from my parcel by their driver

Wish I could give it 0 stars, provided them with evidence that their driver stole out of my Shein delivery, had to upload documentation multiple times. eventually they came back with a form letter saying my order was delivered in spite of the evidence that their driver tampered with the parcel and stole from it. I have asked Shein to never use them again and rather use Buffalo. They have obliged.
