Never use IMILE tl

Although I’m not 100% clued up as to how shein works, but I think we should have the option to choose between which courier service we want from a pool provided by shein. Imile is by far the worst. They are very condescending especially to customers who has paid them They know nothing about communication or even customer service, shein should never use them at all.

I ordered from Shein in July it is now August and I have not received feedback. Import taxes were paid immediately upon receiving their notification which was early July (17 July) , but wow I have emailed them and all I get is an automatic reply that they will get back to me within 24hours and weeks have gone by with no feedback. I even called them and the lady just said to me that there is nothing they can do. Like you can’t follow up and find out like really? NOTHING YOU CAN DO!!!!!!!

This indicates a company that is *********** and amateurish.
