My worst experience with Imile

I just received a message saying that my parcel was delivered but i never received my package Under proof of delivery they attached a message that says leave the package at security and the message was sent on the 28th May 2025, and that message was not sent by me. The package indicates delivered in Benoni and I stay in Pretoria. I spent a lot of my money for that package, it can't be missing, their service is horrible.
