My shein order

I made an order on shein and my package was delivered to the wrong address..I didn't receive any call from the Courier guy ,I never authorized anyone to receive my package on my behalf, firstly my order was supposed to be delivered on the 19th of January 2025, and it was not delivered i then received an email saying my will be delivered on the 21st of January around 8 pm , but that did not happen instead when i followed up my order ,I was told it was delivered, they have several my a picture of the ID of someone who received my package ,which i don't know her at all. When i call to follow up i am not that they are busy investigating, I am the one calling them, I need my order as i paid for it and by now i should have it with me, I am not happy with the Meili logistics and Imile delivery company.

Please assist me in this matter.
