Missing items from my delivery

I received a delivery on the 9 February from Shein with 3 of my items missing.I emailed Shein and according to their records all 32 items were sent and that I should check with Imile which I sent them a WhatsApp no response sent an email on the 12th and still no response.

I just received a no reply email that I will be assisted in 24 business hours still waiting.

Missing items is a trend and someone has to be held accountable.
