Missing items

Bad services, I received a parcel from. Shein with more than 2 missing items,the parcel was opened and I was told they will investigate. I waited for a week only to be told that from their system it shows that I received everything . I am surprised because the workers at their hub saw that the parcel was opened and I checked in front them same time told them about the missing item.i will never use imile again
