Lost parcel and worst customer service

I have returned my order using their company and the order has been stuck at their warehouse for over 3 months. I’ve called and emailed countless times and no one assisted. Recent agent I spoke to (Charmaine) was clueless on every question I asked and didn’t end the call after we spoke coz she didn’t want me to give her a bad review. Everything about your company is nonsense!
